We will always aim to get your pack to the post office within 48 hours of receiving your order.  However, should your order be placed on a bank holiday or weekend then it can take longer. Although Royal Mail aim to deliver within 1-2 days, please allow 3-5 working days before contacting us.  

Please note: Once we post your documents we have no control or influence over the time frames in which your pack is delivered by Royal Mail. The guarantee to deliver your package is made by Royal Mail and not Emerald Heritage.  Therefore,  Emerald Heritage cannot accept responsibility for the late arrival of your order. We would suggest that your order is placed in good time to avoid disappointment.  Next day delivery means it is shipped the following day from the order date, unless it is a Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday.

If your order is made before 1pm Monday – Friday, we will endeavour to deliver your order to the post office the same or following day.  If after these hours please allow 3-5 working days before contacting us. It should be noted; that the guarantee to deliver your package by the next day is made by Royal Mail and not us.  Therefore, Emerald Heritage cannot accept responsibility for the late arrival for your order.  Delays outside of Royal Mails control that are not covered include weather, acts of God, strikes.

International delivery normally takes 10-12 days even with a tracked and signed service, so please be patient. You can order delivery by Fedex which will take 2-3 days for international delivery. You can also contact us and request email delivery before your pack arrives, if you need it quicker!

For Deliveries Outside The UK

Once the goods have reached their destination, you may be asked to pay import duties and taxes at the rate for imports into your country. Any such cost when you collect your parcel is additional to the price you paid to us and is not our responsibility. For further information on charges contact your local customs & excise department.

The price payable for goods as shown on our website is inclusive of VAT but excludes shipping and handling costs.

Please note that when shipping goods from Alderney, cross border shipping may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. You are the customer and therefore the importer and you must comply with all the laws and regulations regarding the country to which the goods have been dispatched.

Order Tracking

When you place an order we will forward you an email showing details of your order. When your consignment has been dispatched we will send you another email to notify you.

Large proportions of missing items are held at local postal sorting offices or are held by a neighbour or colleague where you are not at home to accept delivery. Your postal service should leave a card indicating this. However, there are times when these are misplaced or not delivered at all. We recommend you check first. Some postal services will not accept claims for goods lost in the post until 15 days have elapsed from date of dispatch. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Unfortunately, we cannot track parcels during peak holiday periods i.e. bank holidays, Christmas and New Year although we will make every reasonable effort to ensure that our products are delivered within the set timescales. We cannot guarantee that they will not be affected by unforeseen circumstances. Delivery charges will not normally be refunded. Unless you notify us and arrange for your own collection of order(s) we will arrange and dispatch the products on your behalf.

Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted. All deliveries times are estimates only and are based on availability. In the event that we are unable to dispatch your order promptly we will email or call you to advise as such.
