In the unlikely event that you may request a refund, and as long as the documentation is returned in full, once received, we will ensure a full refund but ONLY IF YOU HAVE DECIDED NOT TO REGISTER YOUR LAND at the time of purchase, and you have decided to register your land at a more convenient time. If you decided not to register your land at the time of purchase, then you will have received a letter in your pack explaining how you can do this.

As you are purchasing land in the same way you would purchase any property, once it is sold to you it is no longer our property.  Once you purchase your land from Emerald Heritage, the land property is legally owned and transferred to you and registered with the Land Registry – Registry of Deeds Northern Ireland.  We no longer own the property.  Therefore, we CANNOT OFFER A REFUND because we cannot resell your property; and it is not our property to resell.   However, you can sell your land to someone else and request a re-issue of documents. Once the land is legally owned by you, we cannot change this.

See our Terms & Conditions below.

Emerald Heritage Limited, Trading As “Emerald Heritage” Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions “Emerald Heritage”, “we”, “us”, “our” or “EH” refer to Emerald Heritage Limited, the owner of this (www.emerald-heritage.com) website, trading as Emerald Heritage, and “you”, “your” or “the Buyer”) refer to you, the user of this web site.

When you access this EH website you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to this condition you should leave this website immediately.

By submitting an order for EH goods, you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions. You should read our terms of sale carefully before placing an order and retain a copy for your future reference.

When you register with our website, you are required to choose a contact email address and password. You are responsible for all sessions and transactions taken under these details. Keep your password safe and do not disclose it to anyone. Please change it immediately if you are ever suspicious that it has become compromised.

It is important to point out that we do not sell personal titles. We only sell land. This is a very important distinction. A “title” to land is quite different from a personal title. It means an “entitlement” to the land, i.e. ownership. Once you have purchased your land you can, however, avail yourself of a descriptive title, such as “Squire”, which means an owner of land in Ireland, subject to the provisions of the enclosed Master Deed of Title to the land.
